This class is for anyone looking to train at competition-level intensity or prepare for upcoming tournaments. Instructors typically facilitate simulation of the competition environment with attention to various rulesets and points systems. This class is generally a No-Gi class, but we will accommodate Gi training as well. There will opportunities for situational sparring followed by open sparring.
