Retail FAQs
Does your gear shop price match?
Yes! To price match an item from another retailer, the item must be the same make, model, year, size and color. We will price match up to 30% off MSRP for in-season products.
How do I receive my 10% back on my retail purchases?
Members receive 10% back in Member Bennies on all full priced retail purchases over $15. Bennies are viewable in Pebble and can be used toward purchases in the Gear Shop!

What's your return policy?
Return items must have been purchased within 30 days, be accompanied by the original receipt and/or be verified in our software system, Rock Gym Pro. Any items that qualify for a return must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.
We do not offer cash refunds. However, we can do an exchange for a product in stock, a gift card for the amount, or a credit on your Front account.
There are NO returns on any technical climbing equipment. This includes harnesses, hardware, ropes, helmets, belay devices, quick draws, crash pads, and/or any type of life-dependent climbing equipment. This is for the safety of the customer. Climbing shoes may not be returned if they have ever been climbed in (either outside or inside).
What type of gear do you carry in your retail shop?
We are your definitive source for all things climbing! We carry sport climbing, trad climbing, and bouldering gear including things like ropes, climbing shoes (best selection in the state, thank you very much), crash pads, harnesses, and more. We carry apparel for everyday life, climbing, and yoga.
We also carry Front-branded gear and swag, so you can take us with you on all your adventures.
