The wall has a way of showing you exactly where you are. Your hands grip tighter than they need to. Your breath goes shallow. Your body knows something your mind is still figuring out. Feel the Fear, Climb Anyway is a fear-informed and trauma-informed pilot workshop and a sample of our six-week course in a single session. In this session, participants will receive an introduction to top rope climbing, fear regulation, and what it means to truly communicate with your belayer. No experience required. No expectation to be fearless. Just you, the wall, and a room full of people willing to show up anyway.
