Start your New Year's strong with a holiday roll! Timed rounds with training partners to practice live sparring (rolling). Guests are welcome to come train with the use of guest or day passes. Open Mats will not have a regularly scheduled instructor. Open Mats do not offer a prepared class or instruction, students should come with prior knowledge and experience of the sport. Both No-Gi and Gi rolling are welcome.
