This gi class breaks down the basics and is great for newbies and veterans alike. If you're new to the sport and are looking to build a solid foundation in your game or are looking to brush up on those old-school, high percentage moves, the fundamentals class is a great place to start. If you don't have a gi, there are some loaner gis available to use in the studio.
