NOTE FOR NON-MEMBERS We have several FREE Open Mats Coming up - these specific open mats will not require purchase of a day pass, and non-members will be eligible to sign up for a membership DAY OF with a WAIVED INITIATION FEE! Those dates are: Sunday, May 24th Sunday, June 21st Sunday, July 19th Sunday, August 16th All other open mats will require the purchase of a day pass by non-members! Timed rounds with training partners to practice live sparring (rolling). Guests are welcome to come train with the use of guest or day passes. Open Mats will not have a regularly scheduled instructor. Open Mats do not offer a prepared class or instruction, students should come with prior knowledge and experience of the sport. Both No-Gi and Gi rolling are welcome.
