The wall has a way of showing you exactly where you are. Your hands grip tighter than they need to. Your breath goes shallow. Your body knows something your mind is still figuring out. Feel the Fear, Climb Anyway is a six-session, fear-informed and trauma-informed climbing course for anyone whose nervous system fires hard under challenge — whether that's fear of heights, fear of falling, or not yet knowing how to trust your body or a partner on the wall. Over three weekends, you'll build real climbing skills, practice grounding tools you can use on and off the wall, and find community with people who get it. No experience required. No expectation to be fearless. Just you, the wall, and a room full of people willing to show up anyway. Graduates receive a discount on a private lesson.
