Delete Account

Use this page to permanently delete the account you use to sign in to The Front Climbing Club mobile app. You don't need the app installed — enter your account email below, and we'll send you a 6-digit confirmation code to complete the deletion.

What is deleted

• Your app account, including your email address and sign-in credentials
• All active sign-in sessions on all devices

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. If you signed in with Google or Apple, that link to your account is removed as well. You can create a new account at any time, but your previous app account cannot be restored.

What is not deleted

Deleting your app account does not cancel your gym membership or delete the business records The Front keeps as your climbing gym, including membership, visit, and purchase history, and signed waivers. These are collected and kept independently of the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. To make a request about those records, or to cancel a membership, contact us at the front desk or through our contact page.
