Join us for the first Active Series Yoga class in Utah! We are piloting the launch of this special new series based on the Ashtanga Yoga system and taught by our yoga manager, and authorized Ashtanga teacher, SJ.
The Active Series is a new and novel yoga series by Paramaguru Sharath Jois. Drawing from his vast experience teaching and practicing Ashtanga Yoga over 34 years, and as the leading teacher in this field of yoga, Sharathji created the Active Series in order to bring the benefits of Ashtanga Yoga to everyone, regardless of their age or ability.

Bouldering League is an indoor bouldering competition between individual teams across all 3 Front locations. Each week, we’ll have a fresh set of League boulders waiting for you. You will have 7 days to climb as hard as you can on the designated set at your gym.
Build a tai chi practice that you’ll take with you for the rest of your life, or return to and build on a practice you’ve had previously.
Level One teaches the first third of the Cheng Man-Ching Tai Chi Form. Level Two teaches the middle and end of the form.

The Front’s summer camp is designed to create a supportive environment where kids can make friends, learn new skills, challenge themselves, and build self-confidence. We provide all necessary equipment as well as a camp souvenir and a daily snack!

Join the lifelong learner club with this open-enrollment, no-commitment weekly class. A Front coach will join the group to warm up, climb together, and lead a group debrief at the end of class. With a coach guiding the session, you’ll get personalized tips, structured workouts, and a supportive group atmosphere to push your limits.
Participants should have passed any relevant climbing tests before joining rope climbing clubs. All necessary gear is included.
