Ayrie Dutt

Ayrie Dutt

Hi, I’m Ayrie Dutt! I’ve been climbing for 13 years, starting on a competition team, and more recently transitioning to focus on outdoor climbing. Originally from Seattle, Washington, I moved to Salt Lake City to pursue my passion for climbing.
Currently, I specialize in intro to lead climbing and building confidence in lead climbing, including skills like catching and taking falls on lead.

A little about me: I’m fluent in Japanese and love painting in my free time. My coaching experience began with teaching youth teams, where I worked with intermediate to advanced athletes, as well as running beginner and introductory climbing classes. In these classes, I coached groups of kids twice a week, designing climbing drills, exercises, and personalized tips to help them improve. This experience taught me to adapt my teaching methods to different learning styles and individual needs, as I try to ensure a flexible and personalized approach for every climber.

Sabine Kas

Sabine Kas

Originally from Austria, my passion for movement started early through a life rooted in sport and the outdoors. I raced competitive snowboarding with a focus on slalom and giant slalom, played volleyball, and spent most of my time staying active in every way possible.
After moving to the U.S., I discovered a deep love for functional strength training—combining performance, longevity, and real-life movement. With over 10 years in group fitness and 5+ years of personal training, my coaching is shaped by a wide range of certifications and experience, including my background as a Pilates instructor.

My personal training style is highly individualized and intentionally designed around you. Sessions may focus on injury recovery, injury prevention, strength development, mobility, or performance—always tailored to your body, goals, and lifestyle. No cookie-cutter programs—just smart, purposeful training that helps you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.

In his own climbing, Bryson excels in combining physical and mental strength with technique and he strives to develop the same abilities.

Bryson regularly teaches movement skills and lead climbing techniques in classes here at The Front and also offers Tier 1 Private Coaching. If you're ready to work hard, overcome mental obstacles, and push your climbing to the next level, reach out and schedule a session with Bryson today!

Hilary Silberman

Hilary Silberman

I have been an avid climber for 30 years, transitioning into climbing from a background in gymnastics. Originally from the East Coast, I began climbing in the Gunks, making weekend trips from New York City. A yearlong climbing road trip embracing the "vanlife" led me to settle in Salt Lake City. I am passionate about sport climbing and bouldering outdoors and enjoy training these disciplines in the gym. My competitive climbing career spanned several years, competing at both local and national levels.
For the past seven years, I’ve been a coach at The Front, building on my years of experience coaching gymnastics. I work with the Youth Competition Team, the Adaptive Paraclimbing Team, and the "Upending Parkinson’s" group. Additionally, I lead adult programs and offer private coaching. My clients range from beginners to advanced climbers, including adaptive athletes, focusing on lead climbing, top-rope, and bouldering.

As a former gymnast, my transition to climbing felt natural. However, mastering the mental and technical aspects took time, a journey that shapes my coaching approach today. I specialize in movement training, mental strategy, breathwork, and fear management. I believe movement is the foundation of climbing, with other skills building on this core. It’s incredibly rewarding to help climbers make small adjustments that unlock moves they once struggled with.
My coaching philosophy centers on fostering not just climbing skills but also emotional and mental resilience. Overcoming mental blocks and adopting a growth mindset are key to improvement—sometimes, a simple shift in perspective transforms challenges into growth opportunities.
Professionally, I’m a Speech-Language Pathologist and spent 15 years as an Assistant Professor at the University of Utah before transitioning to private practice. I’m also a proud parent of a former Front Competition Team athlete.

Whether your climbing goals are recreational or competitive, in the gym or outdoors, I’d love to help you reach your full potential.

Erin Storck

Erin Storck

Health and fitness have always been a major part of my life. I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and have experience in rehab, general fitness, athletics and special populations. I have been coaching athletes at The Front Climbing Club for over five years. Some of my experiences include cross training climbers, getting mountain athletes prepared for their next adventure, and coaching runners to their optimal performance.

I specialize in injury prevention, run-coaching, general fitness, climbing, ski/snowboard conditioning and overall mountain fitness! I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and I am certified as an Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I most recently completed my Master's degree as a Physician Assistant.

When working with athletes, I love seeing each individual become more in tune with their bodies. It’s amazing how much you can gain when you are aware of your movements and the impact of stressors on your body! If you don't find me in the gym then I will be out in the mountains split boarding, trail/mountain running, climbing, and gravel biking.
