You don’t have to do it alone – get in a workout and build your own community within The Front through our high-energy, high-reward group fitness classes. From barre to strength training, The Front’s group fitness classes are there for anything your body and mind needs.

Never tried a group fitness class with The Front before? Your first visit is free – sign up for a class at any Front Desk to experience.

First Visit & Waiver

We’re located on the top floor of The Front South Main. If you’ve never taken a group fitness class with us before, your first visit is free – sign up for a class at the Front Desk to experience. All participants must have a Front waiver on file before joining us in the studio.

Registration and Cancellation Policy

Participants must register for their spot before class. Sign up using our calendar below or on the Pebble Climbing app.

Our class booking window is 3 days to ensure you have an opportunity to get into the classes you want, and that your life’s schedule doesn’t change too much between now and then. There is a $5 charge for each no-show or late cancellation (less than six hours notice). If you have signed up for a class and you know you won’t be able to attend, please go to your RGPro Connect app and cancel your registration at least six hours prior to the class time to avoid a charge and to give the spot to someone else. Questions or concerns related to this fee can be directed to the Group Fitness Manager at group.fitness@thefrontclimbingclub.com

Accommodation Requests

We want to help accommodate your needs to make our classes work for you. We will need a minimum of 48 hours to provide reasonable accommodation. One full week of prior notice to the class is preferred for larger requests.

Examples include earplugs or altered light/music levels for light and noise sensitivity, assisted physical support systems, priority classroom placement, minor class instruction adjustments, an interpreter or caller, etc.

They’re designed to help you stay strong and injury-free for the sports and lifestyles you love, while connecting you with others who share your passion for movement. Whether you’re training for the mountains, building strength for climbing, or simply looking to move better in daily life, there’s something here for you.

Instructors come from diverse athletic backgrounds but share one philosophy: movement should make you feel empowered, capable, and connected. The program emphasizes progressive training that honors your current abilities while helping you move toward your next goal. Our coaches create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where you can build confidence, learn proper form, and find the classes that fit your goals.

With dozens of rotating classes across all Front locations, you’ll find something that meets you exactly where you are — and helps you move toward where you want to be.

Yes, all classes require registration through the Pebble app, through our website, or directly at the front desk. For most classes you can register up to 3 days in advance – this ensures you have a reserved spot and can see important details like class level, instructor, and location.

At South Main, classes meet in the Group Fitness room on the top floor. If a class is listed as being held in the open lifting area, you will meet in front of the Group Fitness room.

Our Strength And Conditioning and HIIT classes are labeled as beginner, intermediate, or advanced so you can choose the right challenge for your current fitness level. Classes with “Intro” in the name are specifically designed for those new to training, along with other classes listed on the Beginner Classes tab in this menu!

If a class isn’t labeled for a specific level, all of our instructors are skilled at adapting movements to meet participants where they are. Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, your coach will offer modifications and progressions to help you get the most out of class safely.

Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. All required equipment is provided – but if you prefer your own mat, towel, or lifting accessories, you’re welcome to bring them.

Yes! Drop-in options are available for non-members, and we also offer class passes and memberships for those who want to train regularly.
