200-Hour YogaLife Teacher Training

August 26 2026 – January 20 2027

This 200-Hour YogaLife Teacher Training is Yoga Alliancecertified and is designed for practitioners and teachers ready to move beyond foundational study.

Add to your practice as you move into the subtle, powerful terrain of advanced asana, hands-on assisting, yogic philosophy, and the energetic body. Across nineteen immersive weeks, participants will develop a richer personal practice while learning the skills, confidence, and nuance needed to skillfully share the transformational power of yoga with others.

Our 200-hour program at The Front Ogden is designed for real people with real lives: 10 hours a week across 19 weeks, with built-in breaks for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year. You'll study alongside a small, committed cohort—learning not just how to teach, but how to live the practice.

Maybe you've been practicing for years and something keeps pulling you deeper. Maybe you've thought about teaching but haven't taken the leap. Maybe you're just curious what yoga really is—beyond the poses, beyond the playlist, beyond the mat.

Whatever brought you here, you're welcome in this training.

From posture mechanics to Sanskrit, from yogic philosophy to the science of breath—this training covers the full landscape.

  • Vinyasa and Restorative practice, sequencing, and teaching methodology
  • Verbal cueing and hands-on assisting in a safe, inclusive setting
  • Yogic philosophy through ancient and contemporary texts
  • Anatomy as it applies to yoga—for your students' safety and longevity
  • Subtle body systems: Chakras, Nadis, and Koshas
  • Ayurveda and its relationship to daily health and nourishment
  • Pranayama and yogic breathwork practices
  • Basic Sanskrit and Devanagari reading and chanting
  • The yogic lifestyle—on and off the mat

Testimonials

The training has been more rich and transformative than I could’ve hoped...I was blown away by the intelligent design of the training. All of the teachers complement each other perfectly. I AM VERY GRATEFUL.
I absolutely loved my YTT experience! I went in a different person than coming out and made so many friendships along the way. My outlook on yoga in general has changed and I am so grateful to have the teachers guide me along this path. I couldn’t be any happier with the YT experience at the Front

The YogaTeacher Training was an enriching learning opportunity. The knowledgable teachers provided diverse expertise on what yoga encompasses. I feel inspired to continue learning more and deepen my yoga practice. Whether you join the class seeking to teach in the future or to simply expand your personal practice, the Peranic Yoga training will benefit your life; it certainlyu has positively benefited my life both on or off the mat. Big fan of this experience. Big thank you to all of the teachers for making all of the topics approachable, fun, inspiring and creating a welcoming and friendly environment. Hope to come back again!

“The knowledge....has strengthened my understanding of vinyasa flow and I have become a smarter teacher who can create safer and more well-rounded vinyasa sequences....Your training is unique and provides a deeper level of understanding of yoga and its roots, which is sorely needed in the western world. It's a gem...this training is baller.”
“I’m really grateful The Front decided to do a YTT this year, I feel like it was much needed for what was going on in the world...I really enjoyed the training and felt like I received a wealth of knowledge from the instructors. I felt like there was a beautiful balance of practice, philosophy, and anatomy. We touched on so many areas of yoga that it was amazing to dive into so many different aspects in such a short amount of time."
