We're excited to bring back our 100-hour advanced yoga training! Whether you're looking to deepen your own practice or learn how to confidently teach and share yoga with others, this immersive program is designed to support your growth. You'll learn from mentors who honor the roots of yoga while making it relevant for today's world. If you're looking for something beyond just the physical – a journey into self-awareness, purpose, and personal transformation – this training is for you.
If your intention is to teach or to simply grow in your practice, this training offers a meaningful path to self-discovery, strengthening your body and yoga practice, insight into your potential, connection with a likeminded community, and purposeful action.
This training will cover:
- Hands-on asana assisting
- Study of advanced asanas and vinyasas
- Creating and designing innovative class flows
- Navigating teacher–student relationships
- Developing social and communication skills as a yoga teacher
- Study of classic and esoteric yogic texts
- Yogic philosophy and ideology
- Foundations of Sanātana Dharma / Hinduism
- Introduction to Advaita Vedānta
- Practice of Sanskrit mantra
This training is open to:
- Graduates of other yoga teacher trainings
- Experienced yoga students who demonstrate:
- Familiarity with yogic philosophy (e.g., the Eight Limbs, Sāṁkhya philosophy, Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali)
- Basic functional anatomy knowledge
- At least one year of consistent Vinyasa and/or Ashtanga practice
