Yoga Nidra, known as “yogic sleep”, is one of the most powerful and accessible practices in the yoga tradition. In this 5-week immersive module you’ll explore the history and philosophy of the practice, learn its core elements including Sankalpa and the Koshas, and develop the skills to guide others. Open to curious beginners, yoga teachers seeking CE hours, and YTT alumni. Everything you need is included. Early Bird registration ends August 7th!

Sangha Gathering: The Kleshas – Understanding the Roots of Suffering

Join us for a special Sangha gathering where we’ll dive into the teachings of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, focusing on the kleshas described in the Samadhi Pada. We’ll explore how ignorance, ego-identification, attachment, aversion, and fear subtly shape perception and behavior—and how awareness of these patterns becomes a pathway toward clarity and freedom.

Run Club is temporarily canceled due to heat. This club will start up again as the weather cools!

We will be meeting every week on Tuesdays for Run Club! Check out our Instagram story each week or join the GroupMe chat to be updated on where we will meet each week! After the run we will be providing food and drink. Bring your friends and prep your running shoes!

Volleyball Nights: Open Play

Whether you’re the team’s MVP or a volley newbie, Volleyball Nights at South Main are the best way to make a friend and get your serve on! Most Monday nights we’ll have hot dogs on the grill, so come grab one and make a friend! No RSVP required.

Hotdogs will not be served on the first Monday of the month, so our cafe team can support Member Monday. Come to Soma Cafe for a unique activity, bite, and brew instead!

Third Thursday of the Month

Fursdays with CAWS

Ready for a cuteness overload? Every third Thursday of the month, our Impact Coalition partner CAWS will be bringing adorable, adoptable animals to South Main. Come play with a pile of adoptable dogs, puppies, kittens, and cats. Who knows, one of those fur babies might steal your heart and go home with you!

Bouldering, Top Rope, and Lead Clubs

Join the lifelong learner club with this open-enrollment, no-commitment weekly class. A Front coach will join the group to warm up, climb together, and lead a group debrief at the end of class. With a coach guiding the session, you’ll get personalized tips, structured workouts, and a supportive group atmosphere to push your limits. 

Participants should have passed any relevant climbing tests before joining rope climbing clubs. All necessary gear is included.

BOULDER CLUB: for those who enjoy the challenge of short, powerful climbs and want to focus on strength and problem-solving.

TOP ROPE CLUB: for those looking for a secure and structured environment to develop their skills.

LEAD CLUB: for those ready to take on the challenges of lead climbing and enhance their overall climbing proficiency.

ADVANCED LEAD ENDURANCE CLUB: for advanced sport climbers looking for an endurance climbing workout.
