The After School Program is offered for kids age 6-13 who are interested in expanding into adventure sports and may or may not have any prior experience with climbing. ASP familiarizes your child with the basics of the activity and encourages building a solid foundation of climbing skills.
The main goals of the program are to have fun, learn climbing fundamentals, and develop powerful friendships. Our experienced staff will work with your child as they develop their strength and technique, learn about proper gear use, and build, teamwork, and communication skills. Everything is taught in a non-competitive atmosphere.
We offer ASP in six-week blocks in which students meet once per week. Each block is age-specific and meet in groups aged 6-9 years old and 10-14 years old.
The Front offers week-long climbing camps for kids of all ages and experience levels all summer long.
Participants will learn climbing fundamentals such as rope work and climbing movement techniques, while playing games, forming friendships, and having fun on and off the wall! In addition to tuckering them out, our camps teach kids transferable life skills such as problem-solving, self-awareness, goal setting, communication, and perseverance.
