The Front Membership Cancellation & Freeze Policy

General

  • All membership cancellations and freezes take effect on our monthly bill date, the 10th of each month.
  • All membership cancellations and freezes must be submitted prior to the 1st day of the month in order to take place on the next billing date.
  • Include all members who are to be cancelled or frozen.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests submitted on or after the first of the month. 

Cancellations

  • The entire outstanding balance on your account must be paid prior to cancellation.
  • Cancellation of your membership will forfeit grandfathered or discounted membership rates and unused member bennies. 

Freezes

  • Memberships can be frozen for up to 4 months at a time, twice a year non-consecutively.
  • Memberships will automatically reactivate on the selected freeze end date.
  • To unfreeze prior to your selected, unfreeze end date, simply check in at one of our locations and let our gym staff know. At that time, membership dues for the remainder of the month will be prorated and invoiced to your account.
  • All frozen memberships will be charged a monthly freeze fee of $12 + tax per individual membership or $24 + tax per couple/family membership.
  • Frozen memberships cannot be cancelled, you must reactivate your membership for one month before cancelling.
  • If the primary member freezes their membership, the secondary member’s rate will increase to the primary member rate for the duration of the freeze.
  • While a membership is frozen, add-on products for the frozen membership will not be billed.
