Group Fitness // Strength and Mobility or stability and mobility
Resistance training paired with mobility work helps build proper form while increase join range of motion. A real feel-good class! Available at Salt Lake, South Main, and Ogden.

Tai Chi // 6-Week Courses and Single Classes
Learn strength, mind-body connection, and choreography in both Tai Chi Level One and Level Two 6-week courses. Tai chi is great muscle tone and building overall strength. Available at Ogden, Salt Lake and South Main.
Yoga // Mysore Ashtanga
Involving a specific set of asanas (postures) that will help improve whole body strength, this class is ideal for all-over health! Available at Ogden, Salt Lake and South Main.
Jiu-Jitsu // Gi Jiu-Jitsu
This classic Jiu-Jitsu class focus on sparring, fundamentals, and positional training in a traditional martial arts Gi. Never tried it before? Check out a 101 Foundations class, then graduate to Gi Jiu-Jitsu! Available at South Main.
Pilates // Mat Pilates
