Competition Clinics

Two specialized clinics designed for competition climbers. One classroom session focused on mental performance, one on wall clinic to launch off prep for next season. Pick the session that fits your schedule and your athlete, or take both.

What you'll learn

  • How to manage nerves and climb confidently on comp day
  • How to handle pressure and execute when it counts
  • How to reset quickly after a fall or a blown attempt
