Competition Clinics

Two specialized clinics designed for competition climbers. One for the mind, one for the wall. Pick the session that fits your schedule and your athlete, or take both.

Clinic 01

Competition Mindset

Coached by Jenya Kazbekova · Paris 2024 Olympian

This one-hour clinic tackles the mental side of competition climbing. Athletes will learn how to handle pressure, reset after mistakes, and build simple pre-climb routines that support confident execution. The session runs 45 minutes of instruction followed by a 15-minute Q&A for specific questions and real scenarios, and is capped at eight athletes to keep things personal.

What you’ll learn

  • Managing nerves so comp day sharpens you instead of tightening you up
  • Handling pressure and executing when it counts
  • Resetting fast after a fall or a blown attempt
  • Building confident, repeatable pre-climb routines
